1. Customized Orders Policy
- Customer will receive an estimate quote first after the customer approves the Invoice will be sent out with the Contract. BOTH the invoice and 50% Deposit HAVE TO BE SIGNED AND SENT BACK WITHIN 24hrs.
- Customer will receive a contract with the following Policies and Conditions.
- REQUIRED 50% of cost Deposit NON-REFUNDABLE
- For a Cancellation of Customized Order without penalty you will have 72hrs (3 days) to notify the cancellation. No notification within the 72hr period (3 days) Cancellation fee of $50 is applied.
- Every Customized order may take 1-3 weeks of creation depending on how many details and how big is the item. (This is a 1-person hard work, dedication and carefully detailed for your liking)
- Customer has to be VERY specific on details for the item and for any changes on the order Customer has 72hrs to provide the change. Notification after the 72hr period, Extra charges will apply on the remaining of the customer’s final invoice.
- Customer will receive an Invoice upon request after the 50% cost is sent. The moment the item is finished, pictures of final product will be sent to the customer and the customer has 24hrs to pay the remaining amount of the invoice for the item be sent out to the customer’s destination. If 24hrs pass and the invoice is not fully paid Item will not be sent to the customer. And if 1 week later there is no payment yet received the item will be put out for sell on shop and sold at original price.
- Customized Orders are originally crafted and designed.
- Customized Orders have 24hrs to send payment and contract signed.
2. Preserved Flowers Customized Order
- All customized orders policies apply here too.
- Customer sending flowers to be preserved and worked on is responsible for the shipping of the flowers following my instructions of how to wrap them up or how to be sent out by mail.
- Providing the flowers in person are acceptable.
- Customer that wants to send the Flowers that are already dried, flowers need to be carefully wrapped and follow my instructions on how to ship them, shipping handled by customer.
- When flowers are received a picture will be sent on how they arrived and how we will proceed with the flowers depends on how they arrived and how the customer wants to proceed.
- Flowers when dried change color to a darker color. For example, white turns to a cream color, red to a dark violet, yellow to a darker yellow, pink to a darker pink, green leaves depending on how strong the leaf is it will turn a darker green and after contacting the resin it may change color again. (Resin when curing it heats up and tends to change the color of the flowers and leaves).
3. Wedding, Anniversaries or Event Customized Order
- All customized orders policies apply here too.
- EVENT ORDERS WILL TAKE PRIORITY TO MEET DEADLINES.
- Coasters, Keychains, and other items made multiple copies of each item, please be aware that each one will NOT be completely identical to the other, resin takes its own course while drying correctly.
- Prices for each event vary on the number of items needed for the event.
- We need 3-4 months in advance for every event order, less than the required amount of time to prepare will have a fee of $150 added to the 50% deposit of the full amount.
- Customer has to be VERY specific on details for the item and for any changes on the order Customer has 1 week to provide the change. Notification after the 1-week period, Extra charges will apply on the remaining of the customer’s final invoice.
- Replacements of items broken by customer will be considered as a customized item and all customized orders policies apply.
- Customer will be in constant contact with me until the items are sent out for delivery and received by the customer.
- We require 3-4 months in advance to have a good amount of time for the shipment gets worked on, plus other orders may be in place before this one and all orders are made in order of request.
4. Making Process
Please be patient with us, all orders are made by order of purchase.
- DO NOT EXPECT PERFECTION, all items are uniquely handled and will be shipped as clean, professional, and beautiful as possible.
- Depending on how big the item is, the timeframe varies a lot.
- Epoxy Resin when rushed dried can cause damages to the item and it will take more time to remake.
- Epoxy Resin takes time to fully dry correctly and without a minimum of bubbles.
- EACH ITEM IS UNIQUE.
- None item is completely the same, resin takes its own course when drying.
- Resin while drying heats up and if it overheats it damages the item completely.
- All items are manually made, manually wrapped, and sealed for shipping.
- All orders will be managed and processed uniquely with each customer. The better the communication the better results. WE PREFER Over communication than no communication or very limited details won’t help to have a good final result.
- Orders with deadlines (event orders) will take priority upon their deadline, this may delay some order, we will work on not getting the procedure delayed too much.
5. Payment Methods Policy
- Website accepts every type of card and Paypal
- Other methods of payment such as ATH Movil (Puerto Rico Residents), Zelle & CashApp will have 1hr to send payments. After 1hr payment item will be released from cart.
